Purpose and responsibility

This website presents an early-stage software project for Cyber Resilience Act workflow readiness. Its content is general information and a planning aid. It is not legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance. Consult official sources and qualified advisers before making decisions about legal obligations.

We take reasonable care with the website, but do not warrant that every statement is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. External links lead to content controlled by third parties.

Contact requests

The contact form asks only for an email address and one or more selected contact topics. We also record the submission time needed to deliver and manage the request. We request a company email address, but do not technically exclude personal email providers. The form has no name, company-name, telephone, free-text, attachment, newsletter, or marketing-consent field.

We use these details only to respond to your request, discuss the selected topics, and take steps you ask for before a possible business relationship. They are not added to a newsletter or marketing list and are not used for advertising, profiling, automated decisions, or sale to third parties.

Ordinary inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant exchange, then deleted unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. You can also contact us directly by email. Email is handled through Proton services; message processing and storage may occur in Switzerland, Germany, and Norway.

Hosting, form delivery, and security

Cloudflare provides DNS, website delivery, security services, the contact-form endpoint, and rate limiting. The endpoint uses a dedicated Proton SMTP credential to deliver the request to our Proton contact mailbox. Cloudflare necessarily processes technical request information such as IP address, request headers, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect these services. The form endpoint does not maintain a customer database and does not intentionally log form contents.

Cloudflare may process data internationally. Where required, its data-processing terms and contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, apply. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookie-free website analytics

The homepage uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance. It may report page and path, referrer, approximate country, device, browser, operating system, navigation type, page-load timings, and Core Web Vitals. The implementation does not use analytics cookies, local storage, session storage, fingerprinting, query-string logging, custom events, or individual visitor profiles.

Analytics is enabled only on the production homepage at machinecomply.com. It is not enabled on preview deployments or custom 404 pages. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics keeps unsampled beacon data for seven days and provides longer-term aggregated or sampled reporting and up to six months of dashboard history.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
